Microsoft Office Sway- A power packed web design tool.

Microsoft wants to make it easier for you to share ideas on the Web in a beautiful way.

The software giant on Wednesday introduced Sway, a new app in the Office portfolio that lets you pull together, format, and showcase your ideas online without any design experience.

"It's a new way for you to create a beautiful, interactive, Web-based expression of your ideas, from your phone or browser," the Sway team wrote in a blog post. "It is easy to share your creation and it looks great on any screen."

Users can search for content from sources like OneDrive, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or a phone or tablet's camera roll without leaving the app, then drag and drop photos and videos directly into Sway. From there, simply add words, select a layout and style, or just let Sway do the formatting for you. It will display suggested combinations to consider, but allows for design or layout changes at any time.

"From the first word, image, tweet, or graphic you add, your Sway is already being formed for you," the Sway team wrote. "As you add more of your content, Sway continues to analyze and arrange it based on the algorithms and design styles we've incorporated."

The Web app will be accessible via browsers like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. A preview will also be available soon for iOS, and Microsoft plans to bring the app to Android and Windows Phone in the future as well. Head over to Sway.com to request an invitation.
