Facebook appears to be on the fast lane and wants to host your next video call with its video calling in Messenger. You can have face-to-face conversations with your friends and the people you care about, via Messenger, just like you would do on Skype, Google Hangouts and Facetime.

Today, Facebook launched Messenger.com as a dedicated chat interface. It’s rolling out worldwide for English users, with support for more languages to come soon.
