Microsoft celebrates 25 years of Solitaire

Microsoft is celebrating 25 years of Solitaire on Windows with a global competition.On Monday, Redmond kicked off an in-house match to determine an employee leaderboards.
"It was 25 years ago that Microsoft Solitaire debuted on Windows, and to honor the decades of fun it's given us all, we're celebrating with two big competitions,  You'll be challenged to bring your best to defeat our best, Are you up to the challenge? Get your Solitaire game on today."  the Windows Team wrote in a blog post.



Players can choose from five popular versions of Solitaire, including classic Klondike, as well as FreeCell, Spider, TriPeaks, and Pyramid. Microsoft did not reveal a strict timeline for the tournament, or what prize, if any, the winner will receive.
