Get ready to leave your wallet at home and pay for everything with your iPhone 6.That's the vision Apple set forth with Apple Pay, a wireless, digital wallet that is coming out in October. To pay for stuff at a store, just put your finger on the iPhone's fingerprint sensor and hold it up to the register. Beep. You're done.

Windows 9 expected September 30th


Microsoft recently sent invitations for an event in San Francisco on Sept. 30, where it will show off "what's next for Windows and the enterprise." The company didn't give too much else away, but the presentation will almost undoubtedly include a look at the successor to Windows 8, currently codenamed "Threshold."

Microsoft has created a keyboard designed for iOS, Android, and Windows tablets. It's the latest in a series of moves that underlines the company's focus on providing software, services, and even hardware for rival platforms to Windows. It includes a button to switch between iOS, Android, and Windows Bluetooth modes.

Apple Fans Pre-Orders 4 million iPhones.

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus haven't even hit store shelves yet, but eager Apple fans have already turned out to order for the new handset.

Apple on Friday began accepting pre-orders for the phones, and fans around the world ordered more than 4 million devices in the first 24 hours.

Microsoft buys Mojang, maker of Minecraft Game.


Microsoft has purchased Mojang, maker of the massively popular sandbox building game, for $2.5 billion, the Swedish game developer announced on Monday.
There were reports last week that Microsoft and Mojang were in "serious discussions" about a multibillion dollar acquisition.

GTA 5 Hits PS4, Xbox One Nov. 18



If you've been eagerly awaiting the release of Grand Theft Auto V on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, here's good news.
Developer Rockstar Games on Friday announced it will launch the crime game on Sony and Microsoft's latest-generation game consoles on Nov. 18.
